ADEL Cricket Club is situated at the Memorial Grounds in the leafy Leeds suburb of Adel in West Yorkshire.
The cricket section was founded in 1876 and is now part of a community sports association which boasts football, hockey, archery, bowls, tennis, equestrian sections.
A lovely social club boasts great facilities and hosts an annual beer festival as well as other functions over the year.
The cricket section are part of the famous Airedale and Wharfedale Senior Cricket League although they do also field a separate third XI which plays Saturday cricket in the Dales Conference.
The club realise how important creating players for the future is and an army of volunteers and coaches provide junior sides at all ages.
